1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between Apps 365 Ltd (company number 13955007, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom, "we") and the organisation that uses HRPoint ("you"). Apps 365 Ltd is a UK company and is not affiliated with apps365.com.
2. The service
HRPoint is a SharePoint Framework app that keeps HR records in lists and libraries on SharePoint sites in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and runs in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Features described as coming in a later release are not part of the service until they are released.
Optional tools are outside the HRPoint package: the HRPoint Policies AI agent, the HRPoint Automations service, the People connector, the Shifts mirror, the Entra sync admin tool and the Power Automate templates. You choose whether to use them. They run in your own Microsoft 365, on your own hosting or from your administrator's computer, on app registrations and consents you control. Apps 365 Ltd does not run them for you.
3. Licences, the trial and prices
Each set-up of HRPoint can be used with every feature for 14 days from the end of its setup, without a licence key. After that, without a key, HRPoint is read-only: people can still open their own records, balances and policies, and nothing is deleted. Licences are annual, for your whole tenant, sold in pounds sterling excluding VAT, at the prices published on hrpoint.app. The price you pay is fixed for the licence year. A licence covers the number of active people records of its plan; AI agents, volunteers and leavers do not count. HRPoint never blocks adding a person and gives you time to move to a bigger plan.
4. Your responsibilities
- Decide what HR records you keep, tell your people how you use their information, and keep your own privacy notice and retention schedule.
- Keep your Microsoft 365 tenant, site permissions and any Microsoft Graph approvals under your control. HRPoint applies permissions during setup; changes you make afterwards are yours.
- Check the settings HRPoint uses for your organisation (working patterns, leave policies, the nation of each person) and the results it works out before you rely on them.
- Carry out right to work checks yourself or with a certified provider: HRPoint records and organises them, and does not perform them.
- Use HRPoint lawfully, and use the AI agent features in line with the law that applies to you. A person checks and decides: answers from an AI agent and anything labelled AI draft can be wrong.
5. Our responsibilities
We provide HRPoint with reasonable skill and care, keep its UK rule tables up to date with published changes as well as we reasonably can, and answer support requests as described on the support page.
6. Your data
Your HR data stays in your tenant and belongs to you. We do not receive it and do not claim any rights in it. When you stop using HRPoint your sites and lists stay in your tenant until you delete them.
7. Not legal advice
HRPoint works out entitlements, pay figures and dates from published rules and your settings, and shows how. It does not give legal or HR advice and does not make you meet any law, standard or certification. Decisions about your people stay with you.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in any licence year is limited to the fees you paid for that year, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill.
9. Ending
You can stop using HRPoint at any time; licences are not refunded part way through a year unless the law requires it.
10. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: info@apps365ltd.com.
