Every new HRPoint set-up includes a 14-day trial of every feature. It starts by itself when the setup wizard finishes, with no key and no form.
After 14 days without a licence key HRPoint becomes read-only: everyone can still open their own records, balances and policies, and nothing is lost. Recording leave, absence and changes needs a licence.
Our price-change policy
- The price you pay is fixed for your licence year. It never changes part way through a year.
- If our list prices change, we publish the new prices on this page at least 60 days before they apply, and they apply to a licence only from its next renewal.
- Moving up a plan because you have grown is not a price rise: it is the published price of the bigger plan.
These prices were first published on 1 November 2026 and have not changed since.
Pricing questions
Who counts as one of our people?
Your plan is chosen by the number of active people records: employees, workers, apprentices, agency workers and managed contractors HR keeps a record for. AI agents, volunteers, leavers and people who have not started yet never count. Managers, approvers and HR staff are counted once, as people, like everyone else.
What if we grow past our plan?
Adding a starter is never blocked. If you go over your plan, HRPoint shows a calm notice and gives you 30 days to move up.
Is anything extra?
No. Every feature is in every plan. Plans differ only by how many people you have, and Enterprise adds priority support. A few optional extras need something of your own, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot licences: the features page names what each one needs.
Who gets the 30 percent discount?
Maintained schools, academies, multi-academy trusts, colleges and registered charities, on every plan.
How does the DirectoryPoint discount work?
Buy HRPoint together with DirectoryPoint, the Apps 365 people and AI agents directory, and HRPoint is 20 percent off.
Do the two discounts combine?
No. When both apply, you get the larger one: 30 percent off for education and charities.

Prices are in pounds sterling, for a year, for your whole Microsoft 365 tenant, and exclude VAT.
How do we buy?
Choose Buy next to a plan. Licence keys come from Apps 365 Ltd; you enter the key in HRPoint under Settings, then Licence.
