Leave management in SharePoint and Teams
Holiday requests in days or hours, approval chains with delegates, a team calendar and "who else is off". UK leave rules are built in, and "Explain my balance" shows how every figure was worked out.

HR on SharePoint and Microsoft 365
HRPoint is an HR system that runs inside SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, made for UK employers. Employee records, leave management, sickness, approvals, hiring, performance and learning, with your HR data in your own Microsoft 365 tenant.
Most SharePoint HR sites are pages of links and forms. HRPoint is the HR system itself: a web part and full-page app in SharePoint, and a personal app and tab in Microsoft Teams, all the same product.
The first screen shows who is out, your balance, your approvals, new starters and the policy you need to read. Everything sits in SharePoint lists and libraries on three of your own sites: a Hub everyone can read, a Workspace with one folder per person, and an HR-only Records site.
It works with no Microsoft Graph permission to start, using each person's own SharePoint access. An administrator can later approve more for importing people or for Outlook.

One employee record from start date to leaving date, with job, contract, working pattern, manager and every change dated. People update their own details, and a manager sees only their own reports.
Absence notification, fit notes, return to work, day-one Statutory Sick Pay and family leave. A manager sees dates and category, never a diagnosis.
One approvals inbox, with a decision record for every step. Optional Power Automate templates add approval cards in Teams.
Requisition approval, structured scorecards and offer letters. An accepted offer creates the employee record without retyping. Hiring stays with people: HRPoint never screens or ranks candidates.
Starter and leaver dates, probation prompts and holiday owed on leaving, all on the record. For task lists and journeys, HRPoint hands each starter and leaver to OnboardPoint when you have both.
Objectives with check-ins, one-to-ones that carry open items forward, and review cycles with self, manager and optional peer reviews. Every rating comes from a person.
Assign courses, record completions and keep a certificate matrix with renewal reminders. It tracks your learning rather than hosting course content.
A policy library with versions, reads and acknowledgements for each version, and documents for each person in their own folder.
Absence rate, holiday liability, starters and leavers, in Excel and CSV, and plain-language questions that show the query behind the answer. Payroll export files are ready for your provider.
Right to work checks with follow-up reminders, a subject access pack, retention schedules, confidential cases and a gender pay gap pack.
AI agent records beside your people, each with a named sponsor, and Find help across both. HRPoint has no AI model of its own. With Microsoft 365 Copilot you can add the optional HRPoint Policies AI agent.
From £395 a year for up to 15 people, with every feature in every plan and 30 percent off for education and charities. Every new HRPoint set-up includes a 14-day trial of every feature. It starts by itself when the setup wizard finishes, with no key and no form.

HR software that runs inside SharePoint instead of in a separate system. People use it on a SharePoint page, as a full-page app or in Microsoft Teams, and the records are SharePoint lists and libraries on your own sites. HRPoint is HR software of this kind, made for UK employers.
Yes, in the sense most people mean: an HR management system with employee records, leave, sickness, approvals, hiring, reviews and reports. It does not run payroll. It prepares export files for your payroll provider or software.
It runs on Microsoft 365, in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, but Microsoft does not make it. HRPoint is made by Apps 365 Ltd, a UK company.
Your HR data stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant, in SharePoint lists and libraries on three of your own sites. Apps 365 Ltd does not keep a copy. One thing is sent to us: a daily licence check-in with no names or HR records, which a site owner can switch off.
HRPoint runs as a Microsoft Teams personal app and tab, and works on Teams mobile for people away from a desk. There is also an HRPoint card for your Viva Connections dashboard.
Yes. It costs £395 a year for up to 15 people, for the whole organisation rather than per user, with every feature in every plan.
Yes. The Enterprise plan is £9,950 a year for unlimited people. We test HRPoint against synthetic organisations of 5,000 and 50,000 people.
Not today. HRPoint has no expense claims, receipt scanning, attendance clocking or timesheets. Find help can point people to whatever your organisation uses for them.
Every new HRPoint set-up includes a 14-day trial of every feature. It starts by itself when the setup wizard finishes, with no key and no form. After 14 days without a licence key HRPoint becomes read-only: everyone can still open their own records, balances and policies, and nothing is lost. Recording leave, absence and changes needs a licence.
Every new HRPoint set-up includes a 14-day trial of every feature. It starts by itself when the setup wizard finishes, with no key and no form. No extra Microsoft 365 permissions are needed to start.
